Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy. Here is what this service is not.
It does not guarantee prevention or recovery
WanderShield 360™ is a location-awareness service. It cannot prevent a loved one from wandering or guarantee that they will be found.
It is not an emergency response service
The service does not contact 911, law enforcement, or emergency responders on your behalf. In an emergency, call 911.
It is not a substitute for supervision or care
It is intended to support caregivers — not to replace supervision, professional caregiving, or medical care. It is not a medical device.
Performance depends on conditions
Location reporting depends on device battery, cellular connection, GPS and device conditions, and overall system availability.
